1. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk: All participants shall ensure that they are in suitable physical condition to take part in the activities and shall assume full responsibility for their personal safety, health, and property security. Please exercise caution during transportation to and from the activity venue, throughout the activity, and thereafter. The church shall not bear any legal or financial liability for any traffic accidents, personal injuries, sudden illnesses, or property losses resulting from the participant’s personal actions or the actions of third parties. 

2. Emergency Handling: In the event of any accident or emergency medical situation during the activity, the church and its staff will provide humanitarian assistance to the best of their ability (e.g., assisting in calling emergency services, contacting family members, etc.). However, all subsequent medical expenses and related legal responsibilities shall be borne solely by the affected party. 

3. Seeking Professional Assistance: For any of the aforementioned incidents, the affected party or individuals present should actively contact the relevant professional authorities (such as the police, emergency medical services, insurance companies, etc.) for handling. The church does not assume responsibility for providing professional medical, legal, or insurance claim services.
